T-shirt Design Brief

This is a character of a heart that i drew up.
1. I want this image to be a red heart with broken heart stitches, a angry face, viens in eyes, balled up fists, white teeth, light brown arms and legs, white shoes and a gold crown tilted on his head, Chin at the bottom of the heart (REFER TO ATTACHED FILES OF DRAWING ).
You can add a little creativity to it but for the most part i would like it as is. Open to ideas
2. NO BLOOD in image.
3. Underneath the heart, a banner that says (heart got heart) in a simple text font kind of like my drawing. With black or red letters.
