Word Template Design Brief

A professional looking word template that we can use for all of our reporting.

Word template needs:
- a full scale title page that we can include a different photograph on for each new project, our company logo, title, date, and client details
- Include four layered Headings, table of contents page.
- Each page (except title page) needs to be numbered, with the title of the report at the bottom of the page.
- each page needs our company logo at the top.
- Prefer it to be using similar colours to what we are currently using. Though open to new colours if you come up with something that suits what we do.

Our business is an environment/ecological consultancy and we provide a number of field and reporting based services to mining companies, government agencies, commercial developers, landholders, tourism operators etc. Some of the work we do includes:
- vegetation surveys and reporting
- fauna trapping surveys, and reporting
- water quality and aquatic ecosystem monitoring and reporting
- fish and macroinvertebrate surveys
- seagrass and coral surveys
- environmental impact statements
- environmental offsets
- rehabilitation design and monitoring
- monitoring design programs
- ecological constraints surveys.

I have attached our company logo, a copy of our current title page, and an extract of our current report style (has been greatly reduced and with client information removed). I would like sometime similar to this report style please.
