Logo Design Brief

We are a boutique residential building company located in Perth, Western Australia. We build luxury, custom homes.

We currently are wanting to refresh our company logo and also change our name from Oceanic Construction, to our new name of Oceanic Custom Homes. Our target market is modern, high end luxury homes.

We are wanting our new logo and company name to reflect the below:

1) Modern/Minimalistic
2) Fresh
3) Blue/Grey we are happy with still - open to new ideas
4) Nothing too busy
5) To create a brand image people will remember/associate with Oceanic Custom Homes
6) Main focus on the word Oceanic over Custom Homes

We have attached our current logo that we are using as a reference. We are happy to still have something similar ( refreshed version) or something completely new.

We have also attached 2x quick logos we were playing around with ourselves the other day as some ideas...
