Logo Design Brief

I am looking for a logo design to use for my husband's 50th birthday on gifts for guests like shirts and hats and cups. Fred loves the outdoors and his favorite activity is fishing. He also loves hunting. So we are staying at a fishing/hunting lodge called Tres Bahias on the coast of Texas for a weekend to celebrate with our friends. I have attached the logo for Tres Bahias to give you an idea of where we are staying. We do not need to use this logo on the hat though.
