Flyer Design Brief

We have a sandwich bar and would like to change our menu.
The menu is a 3-panel folder with 6 printed sides.
We are looking for is original, quiet yet striking at the same time.
like black white newspaper style modern.

I have attached our current card. AND a screenshot with the style we want.

We have sandwiches, soup, pasta, pizza, salads and wraps.
So for each of these parts we need a breakdown.
I have also attached our logo.

We will need the file in EPS so we can add the dishes with the current price setting.
