Logo Design Brief

My law firm, "The Hill Group, LLC" is focused on asset protection; helping families preserve their life savings and avoiding catastrophic loss of finances due to health care expenses. I LOVE the concept of an acorn that has had the tip sharpened into a pencil. I do NOT want a stodgy, traditional, law firm logo. I want it to be crisp and contemporary. It must utilize the following colors if possible; white, navy blue, powder blue, yellow/gold.

Requirements

Must have

• I prefer to see the variations on how this would appear on letterhead, folders, stationary, watermark and/or a business card, etc...

Nice to have

• I would prefer to have a logo to the left with my name and tagline to the right. I would also like to have the “LLC” portion of the company name appear smaller than the rest of the name.

Should not have

• I like the idea of mountains, but I am trying to avoid just regular triangle designs. The mountains around me are plentiful, but more rounded and tree covered.
