Graphic Design Brief

Im looking for the design of a character made for a clothing brand named Billy Boy. The idea behind the brand would be a small african american boy named Billy would be changing with world and is watching from a kids view sitting criss cross applesauce. I take inspiration from the ralph lauren polo bear! Some details from how i would like to look are below:

- Of course sitting criss cross
- I would like him to be seen from the front point of view
- Looking up with his mouth open as if he is in astonishment as if he is watching a tv up above
- I would like him dressed in a normal jeans, shirt and shoes. I dont have a color preference for anything. (any other accessories im fine with)
- no background is needed

idea is that he is changing from what he see's in the world so later i would like to have him in different outfits and theme's etc..
Any designs are appreciated and i would love to later work with someone to further the brand ! Thank you so much for anything, Below i will attach some examples of art styles i would love to see him drawn as.
