Not sure what you mean by ‘guaranteed’... if a suitable design is offered, a winner WILL be chosen. Does this answer your question?

What I mean is...is this a "guaranteed contest" you could ask DesignCrowd on how to do that. Because guaranteed contest attracts more designers to submit design because they know that the prize money will surely be awarded later when the contest owner selected a winner. And will not be refunded later on...
