Email Marketing Design Brief

We are a vacation rental company in need of an email template to be used for reservation confirmations. This will be turned into HTML which will be uploaded to our property management system which will use merge fields to populate the actual content. for the purposes of this project, you can use dummy text.

It should be branded and include a section thanking the guest for booking, reservation details, property details, policy details, checkin instructions, etc.

There should be a place holder for a property image. There should also be a place holder at the bottom for additional services.

• If you think about booking a hotel and receiving a confirmation, that is what we are looking for. The difference for us is that we are a vacation rental company so there are many more details in our confirmations versus a hotel. As such, the following sections need to be included:
