Graphic Design Brief

I'm looking for someone to turn these NBA Jerseys into Sport sock designs. Just the same colour basis and pattern (no need for words) Should be fairly easy for someone with basic adobe skills. I have attached the template that we use, can you please put it in there? These will be basketball socks, crew length and are stitched (not sublimated)
