Book Cover Design Brief

This book is about me, and a lifetime of abuse that I survived. The goal is to help others in abusive situations break the cycle of shame that accompanies unhealthy and toxic relationships. I want the cover to illustrate a vast and sometimes scary world where we victims feel alone. It's up to us to choose our destiny, and sometimes we must do that when others don't agree. But there is hope. No longer do we need to believe the lie that something broken is better than nothing at all. After reading this, others will learn to trust their intuition, and how to avoid the pitfalls and red flags of toxic relationships. I want the cover to also show strength, hope, and positivity in the face of adversity. The picture of me (attached) is a good start to show a great big and sometimes frightening world a victim of abuse lives in. I love nature photos, but it's not a requirement for this project. I prefer simple designs. Thank you so much!
