Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for a new business. I make graphic t-shirts, sweatshirts, farmhouse signs, etc. I may add other items as the business expands so am looking for a design that's not specific to these items.

I'd like to see the following:
1- Simple & Clean
2- More elegant or upscale but with a casual feel- not stuffy.
3- Maybe add room for a tag line. - not a must have.

Must have

• Company Name maybe with a line between Cinder & Oak and Collective
  Vector format (.ai) PNG, EPS, JPG
  Transparent background

Nice to have

• A logo image to go with the text - Maybe a sliced image of a tree trunk (round disc), but I'm open to the designer's interpretations. I've attached examples.
  
  A tag line - something that conveys that the wearer or purchaser will wear their story or uniquely express themselves.

Should not have

• cutsey images
  No trees
  No dog
