Before I start working on your project, I have few questions to get better final result.

Do you need bouth rooms to be redesigned, or just sitting area?
There is small missmatch between pdf(floor plan) and what is shown on img1(no doors, no wall, 2 columns added..) Which one to be used as guide?
Can the glass wall frame be changed with another frame design?
Can you specific the room hight, according to the images it looks like 3.0m high, am i right?

Could you upload the 3D file (CAD or 3DStudio) so we all have the exact dimentions of the space?

I dont have 3D file. You will have to work from the floor plan.
Ceiling height of the room is 10 ft.

- Room Height is 10 ft.
- The whole area needs to be redesigned (both rooms)
- Keep with No Doors, but you can change the coloums if you want, and come up with other idea.
- yes the glass frame can be changed to another type style/design
