Logo Design Brief

Coal Mountain Developments Ltd build new homes and refurbish older properties for the resale and rental market. We require a logo for the business based in Wales in the UK. I would like to incorporate both text and an image, or outline of an image in the logo if possible. Preferred colour schemes are red & black or orange & black. Logo may be mounted on dark colour backgrounds also, so black text/imagery would need to be able to change to white in this application
