Web Design Brief

I currently have my website setup using Hostinger as hosting and started playing around with Wordpress.
I would like this to be able to be imported into Wordpress after built so I can add blog posts and edit site if needed.

I would like a website built that is simple and clear.

the main colours id like for the site are black and white and maybe grey.

I would like a simple welcome page, an about us page, a project page, and a blog page where I can write small articles.
