I work for BeiGene. It's a small Biotechnology company. As part of our Sales Leadership Team, we are creating a logo. A few key words to describe the look we are hoping to create are from our Mission and Vision statement: Transformational, Empowering, Inspiring. Our full mission and Vision is below
Mission (Purpose): We will lead by example such that our culture has a transformational positive impact on our sales team, empowering them to help deliver meaningful therapies to patients.
Vision (Destination): To create and sustain a culture where BeiGene’s US Oncology/Hematology Sales Team is valued, rewarded and inspired to do the best work of their professional lives.
