Could you explain what kind of art work are you expecting for the tag line? Do you need a logo as well or is it just the tag line you are looking for?

Hi. I was looking for a way to upload a graphic sample to you, but I couldn't figure it out. So, here is the alternative, if you go to our Facebook pages and scroll back to May and June, you will see repeat posts of a graphic reading "LASIK now cheaper than coffee" That is the sort of graphic I am hoping for out of this Design Crowd project. I hope this helps!
