T-shirt Design Brief

I want to do a tshirt that has a vintage old school weightlifter design.
I want it to have like a traditional tattoo vibe, with the female weightlifter holding the old school barbell over her head.
Something similar to the attached photo but way better, because I think this isn't well done.
