Logo Design Brief

I need a logo to replace the black-yellow square at:
https://www.linkedin.com/company/avtocorp/
Consider the photo and text there for context/guidance.

I am interested in a flat/solid image of a car tire.
(Not angled or shaded for dimensionality.)
Inside the tire (like wheel spokes) should be a Soviet-like star.

The star should be red, also flat.
(Not angled or shaded for dimensionality.)

The tire could be a single, solid color - black or red.

The background could be white or yellow.
This includes the space inside and outside the tire.

The square should be in a red-line frame.

The tire should be simple yet recognizable as a tire (distinct from a cogwheel or doughnut).

The tire might have a hairline circle inside to indicate a wheel rim.

Perhaps this would look best with only two colors: red and white?
The frame, star, tire all red, the background only white?

This will target journalists and scholars.
So the look should be serious, straight-forward.
