We are two venture partners establishing our own venture capital and advisory brand for life sciences and healthcare entrepreneurs. We focus on early, pre-seed entrepreneurs - mostly physicians and science professors - and help them "bridge" the valley of death in funding (from grant to equity) and "bridge" the gap from research to commercialization. Partnerships and collaboration are important elements, as is the connection to Portland, OR. (The 12 bridges across the Willamette River in Portland are the inspiration for the name)
