Graphic Design Brief

Just recently we got a logo design for the "stay safe sessions" project via DesignCrowd. This logo contains our Static Roots Festival's logo which has a color gradient. We'd love to have the logo CMYK printable using four colors. We'd like to keep the main structure of the "stay safe sessions" logo but we are open for suggestions on how to deal with the included festival logo (remove the graphic and just leave the text, make the graphic single colored, whatever you think is a cool idea).

Attached are two original psd files (one for a bright background, the other for a dark background).
