Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for our school auction to use on marketing and solicitation materials. We will use this logo for everything from our school web-site to event programs. I'd like the logo to be western but with a modern feel. I attached a logo that I found on the web that I liked and the school logo, however the school logo is not necessary to incorporate into the design.

Parents at the school and local businesses that we will solicit for monetary donations and donations for the live auction
