Logo Design Brief

I transport wheelchair bound patients to their medical appointments. Most of my clients are elderly and need assistance. Therefore, I wanted a helping hand symbol in my logo somewhere. Also, by looking at the logo you should be able to identify that it has to do with non emergency medical transportation (nemt). I was leaning toward a health cross with maybe a helping hand running down the middle. Lasly, the RCT stands for my first name then last name transportation.
