Flyer Design Brief

Purpose: Will be an insert into Gate Masters folder (picture of folder attached) given to clients who have purchased a residential or commercial access gate. Customers will be high end so the piece needs to speak to a high end customer (affluent). The goal is to give courtesy three month service call with the ultimate goal to secure a service contact. Pricing will vary by gate and gate traffic, so do not want to list pricing. Word Doc - V3 3 Month Courtesy Check Up has copy for flyer with suggestions for image placement.
