Your budget doesn't reflect the scope of work. There is a lot of content here, and this requires a good amount of time for layout, let alone designing new assets, animation or anything else. Increase your budget and you might see more submissions.

Do you need all 88 slides design or you need a power point template contain 10-12 master sides which will be used in the slide as per nature of content.

In that case we can produce a template where slides are depend on the different type of content. I think 15-20 master slides will be OK for your whole presentation. After having that you can create as many slides using the Master Slide layout.


But if you want full content will be placed using the master slides and the final PPT will be of 88-90 slides then the budget is still less compare to the whole job.

I think the best solution is go for master slides.
And then if you think you can create a job offer to working on the content part and make the full 88-90 slides presentation.

The best design will have an opportunity to earn more while working on a final presentation.
We need to see as much as possible to decide who is the winner and who we can work woth on this and many other presentations. So this is just the first step.

Just asking, as the company seems like a serious business, who's on the best way to a great visual self representation with the idea of hiring a designer to create their presentations in the future. Are you sure PowerPoint is the best solution? HTML or animation based presentation techniques are much more recommended to use these days, for many reasons.

If you're open to see a presentation design on this contest that made in a more up-to-date framework please let me know, I would be glad to publish a work for you.

We would love to have all blows and whistles but at this stage we need powerpoint presentation without animations as the materials we produce are being presented and distributed in pdf. The time will come some day when our clients and investors are ready for this but this is the future. At present we need professional yet world class outstanding presentation formats full of infographics, charts, and graphs.
