Logo Design Brief

We are looking for a logo for an upmarket coffee shop, which serves shisha, based in Brighton, U.K..

The establishment is called 'The Coffee Quarter', so the logo will need to feature this in a clear font (perhaps capitalised?) that isn't swirly/decorative, but has an Arabic feel to it, if that makes sense?!

Additionally, at the end/in the midst of/at the start of the main name, we would like the words/explanation 'coffee and shisha' in an Arabic calligraphy script. This may be shaped in some way - perhaps in a waft of steam/smoke to reflect the coffee steam/shisha smoke, a coffee bean or perhaps you may have another
more unique idea.

We are hoping to make our main target audience for the shisha (arabic speakers) aware of the shisha lounge element of our business, whilst being sure not to alienate those guests who do not enjoy smoking, and are looking for a place to drink great coffee and eat cakes/sandwiches/salads, etc.

Ideally, the outline shape of the Arabic calligraphy part of the logo, would also be usable without the Arabic wording, to form a simpler logo.

The decor of the coffee bar is 'modern arabesque', with a petrol blue and dull gold/brass colour scheme, as well as touches of grey. We are aiming for a high-end feel on a restricted budget, and hoping for the best, as Covid-19 affected our plans to open in May, which has obviously had a financial impact.

My partner and I are certainly not skilled in the design department, but we had a play around, and came up with the attached.
