Logo Design Brief

We need a logo that is prepared in various file extensions to be used on web pages, email marketing, paper and other printed marketing materials We anticipate letterhead, business cards, invoices, web sites, marketing materials such as t-shirts, etc.

Our company hires tutor consultants to help K-12 kids work through various academic challenges - especially as it relates to distance learning. Our engagement with the kids will be over Zoom, text, social media - with parents and the kids in their homes, and our consultants working remotely. Our consultants are college students or licensed educators. Our services will span tutoring children with topics that are challenging them as well as playing the role of accountabili-buddies. We want our site to be visually engaging, and plan to highlight our consultants, clients, success stories and to display reviews. We also plan to allow licensed educators to post workbooks in an etsy-type of marketplace.

Our visual tastes read more modern and clean, 2 - 3 colors max, we would love to see a logo that kids could relate to.

We would like to see logos with the company name only (School My Kid), company name and tag line (Online Homework Help), and stand alone logos (no words).

Should not have

• I'm seeing several designers using a graduation cap - is there another iconic image that will read "student success" without implying graduation? Many of our student customers are much younger... if you feel that the cap is a good design element, feel free to use it, I just want to be sure it appeals to the parents of children 5yrs. - 12yrs. of age as well.
