Hello,
It would be great! if you can kindly extend the project deadline for another 24 hours. we would like to work on this project but timeline is not enough to produce desired output.
Also do you have size specifications for both banners in Pixel. for example 800x300 pixel.
Kind Regards.

Absolutely. Designers may have 5 working days. I will amend the brief accordingly.

I have now received four designs, all of which require more work to be accepted.

I am in no hurry, and they key objective here is to complete a professional design. I can allow five working days.

Please note that the most important part of the design is the heading, and subscript. I'd suggest the heading will be larger than the subscript, which is in lower case letters, and appears as a quote.

The list of words I gave you are for possible inclusion in the background only, as illustrated in my original banner. Please look again at the two examples I sent you, and notice how crisp, professional, and clear the messages are. To achieve that with a background, may mean having to increase transparency, or gradient, but you get the point.

In my opinion, your real challenge here, is designing a suble background that complements my logo, and DOES NOT DETRACT from the title or subscript.

I've asked all designers to resubmit, although I'm now likely to reject one designer after each new set of drafts.

The winner will undoubtedly be the designer who 'buys in to my brand', understands the brief, and demonstrates the most creativity and originality.

Thank you all.

I've now received a couple of improved submissions, none of which are quite there yet.

Could I please bring your attention back to my brief. The heading and subscipt must be legible on both banners, and should not be hidden by the background.

My current profile page looks like this [Non image link removed] It's not bad, but has no heading, doesn't tell the reader what we do (subscript), and the wording in the background may be too bold in places.

I'm hoping for something much better.

Effective communication is very important to me, and I hope to keep you all advised of developments.

I rejected my first two designers today, essentially because they were not reading my briefs.

The winning design(s) must speak to casual browsers, demonstrate imagination, creativity, and professionalism. My logo is unnecessary, any wording used in the background must not detract from either the title or subscript, and highlighting words should only be done with great care.

Thank you.

Hi dear owner project, Please give me your feedback in a private message, if you like any design rate it between 4-5 stars, otherwise just 'eliminate' it. Rating 1-2 stars severely impact the designer profile and hence limits to contribute more submissions to contest. you can kindly remove the low ratings and eliminate my design if you not interested. Thanks for understanding.

Of the four designers that initially started this project, only one remains, although we're still not quite there. I can't even tell you exactly what's missing, although some have lacked imagination, others have not followed the brief, and one produced a design that did not comform to the LinkedIn specifications.

When I look at other 'LinkedIn Banner Ads', the best are memorable, and leave the viewer in no doubt what they're buying, and that the business is professional. I attached one example in my initial brief (bridge).

I tried matching the font and colour for 'Developing Business Excellence', but failed, and suspect it may be a font that is not offered by MS Office. There are free resources available at [Non image link removed]
Thank you so much to those designers who have tried to support this project to date.

I don't know how much or little you know about each other's work, so I'll not say too much more here.

Thank you for your contributions to this project to date. With some adjustments, any design might still win.

I greatly appreciate your efforts.
