Tattoo Design Brief

Looking to get full arm sleeve created of my favorite Japanese Anime show One Piece. Hoping to include characters such as Luffy, Zoro, kaido (dragon) and maybe others. Would like to include elements like waves of water, some fire maybe smoke. Black ink only at the moment but may want to add some red since it is my favorite color.
