Thanks for inviting me to participate.
I have submitted two concepts:
1. A logo redesign - trying to stay close to the old logo but adding some more modern style. I've changed the font as you wanted and added the year of establishment of Red Door Real Estates like you mentioned. It inspires trust for all those years on the market.
2. A short logo, a modern interpretation that can be used on all types of marketing materials.
3. A Business Card sample with the new logo
