Graphic Design Brief

I'm looking for a Graphic Design for a Display Ad 3.625" x 4.937". It must include a .125" bleed. The design should match our website design (www.flyventure.com) and similar to our flyer design (see attached). I'm open for ideas
The Ad will be placed in a Town Guide & Map for people visiting the local area (Tampa, FL). It should look inviting and exciting for customers and include the following information:

- Website: flyventure.com/tampa
- Hotline: (844) 359-8368
- Address: 825 Severn Ave, Tampa, FL 33606
- Our Slogan "Say YES to New Adventures"

The Ad should also include a coupon: "10% OFF ALL TOURS (See coupon in back)"

The end file has to be JPG or PDF. Images must be CMYK and 300PPI.

IMPORTANT:
Please allow enough space in that Ad near the address, phone number, website, for the publisher to place a small "On Map" box. It should basically just be a small white box .365"W x .175"H.
