Brochure Design Brief

I need a brochure design for our company MORE Engineering S.r.l.. We are an engineering consultant company. Our main clients are from the infrastructure industry (geotechnical and underground sectors mainly).
We are looking for a 2 pages (4 faces) fold out design with a glued pocket where we can put individual data sheets.
I need A4 format pages.

Requirements

Must have

• Overall: 2 pages in A4 format
  Essential style. Bright and modern appearance.
  Glued pocket
  Logo integrated in a picture on the pocket where I would like to insert a slogan (… more engineering … reliable solutions …)
  Attached are selected images which the designer can use and edit at their own discretion.
  Some advice in the following (anyway designers are free to provide their solutions):
  Outer sheets:
  Front page with name, logo. It could be nice to have the “m” of the logo integrated in a pictures, also a modified picture (I mean modify one of the attached pictures) so to create a general image and do not tie the cover to a specific job.
  Back page: offices address and contact email address. Nice to have one space for a slogan.
  Inner sheet: text that I upload in the file “inside-sheets”, possibly with pictures on each sheet. In the right faces insert the glued pocket. On this pages insert the section OUR EXPERIENCE ….with a space for a picture of our team.

Nice to have

• Clean and essential design.
  Pictures choosing from the atteched ones. Pictures could be modified in a very light manner to make them a general idea of the work ( I mean geotechnical world) without to be immediately linked to a specific site.

Should not have

• excessive frills
