Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new business based in Bunbury WA, Australia called 'The Brooklyn'. We are wanting to create a modern luxurious feel which will appeal to the 30+ demographic. We are going with more of a theme of red brick, wood bar and browns with ambient lighting to create a space similar to that of a high end lounge bar, We are open to all design and ideas with no specific colour requirements at this point
