Tattoo Design Brief

I’d like a new school tattoo of a brain in combat with an anatomical heart. I was thinking the heart would be holding a sword and shield and the brain holding a battle axe. I’m picturing them as characters with eyes and arms and maybe legs. It’s for a sleeve so I think there needs to be a background to fill space.
