Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new concept we are creating that combines our current gelato shop with an Italian upscale fast food service. We currently are a gelato shop that has Italian gelato, baked goods and coffee. We are adding Italian foods such as cheeses, pasta (lasagna), meats, and wine. We would like the new logo to be combined with our current logo. Stacco` House being larger and (by Mammamia) being smaller. (NOTE: We want to keep the "Mammamia" part of the logo the same and exclude the word "gelato." (Stacco` House by Mammamia)
