I tried to copy in some links to our products that we sell and sites of our competitors/similar companies but the site said it does not allow these types of links in the comments so please let me know where i can send them to you so you can look at some of those for ideas.

I can certainly work with you on filling in pictures and content as we zero in on a design that works.

I'd be willing to entertain that. To be totally honest I wasn't sure what coding was needed for, but thought we would need it for making design changes down the road. Can you explain what the difference is if we have it or not?

Design only means, you will get only the UI design which you can then give to a developer to code it. With coding means whoever wins the design here will have to code it into a functional website also.
