your sleeve is almost covered with black.its quite impossible to cover up. but the rest of the sleeve which is undone and have pure skin I can work for that. what you say?

I will work for the clean part. Can you tell me how much inches you left clean on your sleeve? I need couple of days to design it. (Also if you do skin color over the dark parts it can be look less destroyed)
