We're very open to the design, unfortunately we're just not very creative with word in our office!!

The centre row is the general business plan. The row above illustrates the roles that people will play in this new strategy.

The bottom row is the strategy for the business plan.

It does not have to be in the same shape. Perhaps if you wanted to present something in the same shape with a modern effect, and also an alternative shape?

If you need any more details let me know.
