looking for a logo design for an app and website to sell gift cards and codes (itunes / google play/ playstation cards...etc)

the name of course El'cardoo inspired from El chapo a mexican drug lord
but with a twist adding card to it which is what we are going to sell.

the theme i am looking for is something funny like adding a little fat mafia guy in the logo with a twist in the name and separting EL from Cardoo

Must have

• mascot animated little mafia / mobster / spy / gangster (but funny) i have included example picture but you don't have to stick with if you can find something more fun and uglier
  
  gift card icon or have the gangster hold a card

Nice to have

• gift card picture.
  Animated but funny spy / gangster (there is one in my brief u can use that)
  Bullet hole effect on the txt
