Logo Design Brief

We need a new logo deisgn for our construction company.
We are a small company that has a great interest in renovating period homes, existing home renovations and extensions.
The builder has a key eye for detail, believes in working relationships, honest and reliable.

Key points:
- KMC lettering to be designed in a way it looks like construction lines or construction drawings
- Maybe a clever way to have lines that look like a contruction drawing plan
- NO actual images of a house or roof lines. We went the letters to incorporate this type of image, not have a separate image to the name.
- Group to be on a seperate line
- NO back fill/block colouring
- Colour pallette to include two-three colours.
- Colour suggestions: Navy/Royal blue, light blue, Teal, mid green, silver, pop of yellowy mustard.
(Suggestions attached. It doesn't mean we want these exact colours, It is a guide.)
