Business Card Design Brief

We need business cards using our existing logo but slightly modified. Right now the logo says KC Structural Concrete. We want to keep the KC part of the design, but replace the Structural Concrete portion with "STRUCTURES". Please see the attached file.
Ideally this would be a blank template so we can add Different Names, titles, and phone numbers later.
On the one side we want only the logo and on the other side the detail. I'm attaching an example for you to see.
