Logo Design Brief

I am looking for a logo for a fresh pasta business. My idea is "Pasta Man" is spelled out with different types of pasta. Then there is an Italian man that looks like Luca in the photos, I posted draped in an Italian flag with his a chef hat and hand out cooking pasta.
