No we do not necessarily require the website coded, although that would definitely be a pro.
But we are also reviewing and looking at the entries that are 'just' the design!

The Wizard part of the project is interesting but this is not just the one page design. How many steps are there in a wizard ?

The document ( website_mockup_lo_networkplanet.nl.pdf) you provided is in Dutch. Can we have this in English ? In what language do you need the website to be ?

that pdf is indeed in Dutch. The final website will be in Dutch as well. But we've translated the headers of into English in the briefing!
For the regular text you a simple lorem ipsum filler is fine.

We realize the wizard is more than one page. It will have 3 steps. We've included the wizard in the design document to give you a feel about what we're going for. But for now we're mainly looking for a front page design and will probably ask the winner to design the wizard as well.

Submitted the design for feedback. I have to optimize the file size to 5000px as restricted by Design Crowd. The original site mock size is about 8000px(length). Once you provide feedback, I will share you external link to view site in full length.

The documentation provided so far was very detailed and would it not be possible to design site without a good brief and feedback. The mock and configuration wizard requirements uploaded by you will help designers a lot. Thumps Up for Your great work.
