Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for a new company based in Tulsa, Oklahoma called 'Narcomey Construction'. I provide construction services for commercial and residential projects that focuses on quality with timely delivery. I would like to see designs that use the red and gray color scales with a gradient touch on the logo image. I would like to have an eagle or falcon image with an open wing aspect of the bird. The final design should communicate strength and speed.

Requirements

Must have

• Eagle image with two tones split in quarters. red and gray color scales with a gradient touch of the emblem.

Nice to have

• Eagle with wings open and the bird doesn't have to be too detailed. Image will need to fit on hardhats, t-shirts, vests, polos, etc. Text to be centered horizontally and layered on top of the bird image closer to the bottom 1/3 of the image. The attached image is close but needs less curves on the tail feathers and needs a head like the artwork attached. No need to leave dots for eyes. If possible - merge the two images. The digital image contains the straight lines but my artwork design is too curvy...
