Logo Design Brief

I want a very professional logo for my business. You can incorporate my initials (RM), or not. This will be used on business cards, email signature, website, letterhead, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and anywhere else I need to promote my brand. I want this to be a logo of my name, but the initials CPA stand for Certified Public Accountant and that wording can be incorporated into the logo as well, or not. The logo, at a minimum, needs my name and the initials "CPA". It can have color or just black and white.
