Logo Design Brief

We are purchasing an existing company (Alpine Disaster Restoration) which has been operating locally for 20 years. We will rename it New Dawn Restoration.

Majority of the owners also own a well-known company in our area - New Dawn Developments. New Dawn Developments is the largest construction company in our region, with strong brand recognition - I have attached that logo.

We would like some consistency between the new logo (for New Dawn Restoration) and the main logo of New Dawn Developments, but do want some differentiation.

Home owners/business owners/insurance companies will call New Dawn Restoration when they have flooding, fire damage, other damage to property that needs to be repaired. We will answer calls and respond 24/7/365. We want them to call us first and we will respond quickly, start clean up immediately and do the repair work in a timely manner, while working with their insurance company as well.
