I am a qualified personal trainer who is setting up an online fitness coaching service operating under "Mark Goodman Fitness"

To help you discover how to become a Fit, Confident and Indestructible Introvert.

We guide you to a better way of life. A life without doubt, negativity and stress allowing you to flourish with more time, positivity and direction enabling the achievement of true happiness.
