can you please tell me more about the project? How many colors you plan to use using for the design? Do you plan to print ingredients afterwards on the printed bags?
So the question is, do you need redesign of the files that you have provide?

Use up to 6 color , this is common pouch product name and back nutrition facts will be print by screen printing. File attached is old pouch design we using now ... same sizes with different design.... logo and company information is same .
