Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for my health and fitness business. The product I'm selling is my services. The service I provide is health education, and implementing training programs specialised to individuals needs. I promote a healthy lifestyle and teach people how to incorporate daily habits to gain health and happiness. An example of a habit I teach would be meditation, but I also teach strength (weights), stability and mobility programs. I offer a holistic approach and lifelong approach to health and wellbeing.
I have been seeing clients face to face but am currently building a website to offer programs to a wider audience. I would like the focus to be on colours and texture as it will be something translated to a website, vehicle, business cards and clothing.
(*Edit* After seeing some designs I'm loving the more classic styles. I like the metallic colours I could emboss on a black business card or over a dark forest green textured background )
I would like to see natural colours - greens or blues like the ocean and mountains. The final design should communicate wellbeing, calm, evolving journey.
