Logo Design Brief

I am looking for proposals on a logo for an online training business called 'The IT Professor'. This business will offer online training on information technology related topics and may offer other technology related training for other demographics over time. I would like something that appeals to a bit geekier crowd. Something that nicely integrates the company name with some graphical element(s) consistent with training, learning, education, professors, etc.

Requirements

Must have

• Must include the name 'The IT Professor' and use 2-3 colors. Must be of suitable dimensions to appear in a square or circular display area OR contain an identifiable subelement that fits those requirements.

Nice to have

• Some other decoration to the text that is consistent with the concept of a professor, education, training, etc. Something makes it looks more fun and less boring than a text-only logo, but not too cartoonish; still needs to look somewhat professional.

Should not have

• None come to mind that shouldn't be obvious (e.g no obscenity).
